Community behavioral health provider Centerstone recently announced the promotion of Carol Bean to vice president of finance and assistant treasurer. In this role, she will oversee treasury operations, the accounts payable and payroll teams, financial planning and analysis. She also serves as the finance officer for the administrative and shared services departments of Centerstone.

Bean joined Centerstone in 2014 and has been instrumental in the formation of a finance team to support the organization's significant growth over the past five years. Previously serving as Centerstone's director of finance, she has more than 20 years of finance, accounting, and healthcare experience. Prior to joining Centerstone, she worked at Cigna, Coventry Healthcare, and Deloitte LLP. Bean earned her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
