Billy May has joined Montecito Medical Real Estate, the nation's top privately held acquirer of medical office properties, as vice president of asset management. May has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and will manage Montecito's growing portfolio of over 135 premier medical office buildings totaling more than three million square feet. Previously, May spent six years with HCP, a Nashville-based Real Estate Investment Trust, where he served as director of asset management. He is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in Economics and was a member of the 2003 Ivy League Champion football team.
