Since January 2013, Brock has led this public-private partnership supporting the development of high-growth companies in Tennessee. Previously, Brock helped establish Foxmark Media in 1998 and serving as CEO before selling it in 2006. He also helped launch FourBridges Capital Advisers and was a founding partner of the Chattanooga Renaissance Fund, the city's first organized angel fund. Brock was also CEO of Chattanooga accelerator CO.LAB. He sits on a number of boards including Cumberland Emerging Technologies and Life Science Tennessee.
