Jennifer Peters, who joined LifePoint Health in 2013, has been named general counsel for the national healthcare company based in Brentwood. Peters, who was previously GC, secretary and chief compliance officer for Simplex Healthcare, joined LifePoint as vice president and chief operations counsel before being named a senior vice president last November.
Peters earned her law degree with a concentration in health law from the University of Maryland School of Law, her master's degree in Healthcare and Finance Management from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health and her bachelor's degree from Buffalo State University.
