Last month healthcare veteran John Rutledge announced the formation of a new company, American Physician Partners, which will provide a full range of management services for the nationals hospitals EDs and hospitalist programs. Joining him in the Brentwood-based venture are Mark Green, president of AlignMD, and Sam Clemmons, president of Elite Emergency Service. Rutledge will serve as the new company’s president.
