Gatherings over 25 must have an event plan approved by Metro Public Health up to a maximum of 500 people (but no more than 30% of a venue capacity ... so Bridgestone Arena could hold a 500-person event with approval, but a venue that holds 1,000 could only have a max of 300 guests approved.
