Nashville-based Healthways, Inc., the largest independent global provider of well-being improvement solutions, recently added two new members to its board of directors. Robert J. Greczyn, Jr., former CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), and Lee A. Shapiro, manager partner of 7wire Ventures, were elected at the company's annual meeting on May 19, 2015.
In addition the board includes: Mary Jane England, MD, Bradley S. Karro, Paul H. Keckley, PhD, Conan J. Laughlin, William D. Novelli, Alison Taunton-Rigby, PhD, Donato Tramuto (chair) and Kevin G. Wills.
