Blakeford Green Hills recognized several residents for National Nurses Day on May 6. Frances Edwards, Adrienne Ames, Kathy Jacobs, Judy Eades, Peggy Bazydola, Beth Newman, Sarah Plummer and Ruth Hood, are all former nurses at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and other area hospitals and physician offices. In an annual tradition, the retired nurses enjoy lunch celebrating their service and to share memories and stories of working on the healthcare front lines.
