New Shareholders Announced for KTRG

KraftCPAs Turnaround & Restructuring Group, PLLC, (KTRG) – an affiliate of Nashville-based KraftCPAs providing turnaround management, restructuring of debt and equity, bankruptcy/reorganization assistance, forensic accounting and litigation support – has announced two shareholders.

Jessica Scouten transitioned her practice to KTRG in 2011 after several years with the firm’s assurance services group. In addition to being a CPA, she is a certified fraud examiner (CFE) and a master analyst in financial forensics (MAFF). Her litigation support case work has ranged from internal investigations to intensive fraud investigations and other misconduct subject to litigation, including alleged white collar crimes.

Samantha Boyd transitioned her practice to KTRG in 2014 from the firm’s corporate tax group. She is a CPA and member of the Turnaround Management Association. She assists clients with turnaround management, restructuring and other related services including acquisition due diligence and forensic accounting. Her clients include public and private operating companies, law firms, family and other trusts and not-for-profit organizations. She has advised debtors, creditors and customers in insolvency matters.
