At the end of 2015, Carena, Inc., a Seattle-based provider of telemedicine solutions for health systems, announced expansion to Nashville led by Executive Vice President of Business Development Jeremy Hogg. In addition to the expansion of location, Carena has added Nashville leader Frank Coliano of Martin Ventures to its board of directors. These announcements come on the heels of significant growth for Carena, which recently received funding from Martin Ventures, McKesson Ventures, and Cambia Health Solutions.

Hogg joins Carena with more than 13 years of experience leading sales teams for businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. In his current role he will be responsible for developing strategic business relationships with hospitals and health systems across the country. Previously, Hogg developed several start-up and early-stage companies, all of which had ties to the Nashville investment community. His latest role was with The Advisory Board Company, where Hogg led the population health sales efforts within Crimson Technologies.
