Peak Health Solutions, a leading national provider of mid-revenue cycle solutions, recently announced the promotion of Jennifer R. Humm from director of Talent Acquisition to associate vice president of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Operations. In her new role, Humm will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for the organization's leaders and associates, advancing the company brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Peak selection process.
Humm brings nearly a decade of experience of diverse operational and strategic talent acquisition experience, with proven expertise at identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing change methodologies and optimizing workflow performance to drive strategic results across the organization. In her previous role with Peak, Humm was responsible for operational direction and leadership for the talent acquisition team, placing many professional coding and clinical documentation improvement candidates and developing new compensation plans to drive performance and hiring targets. Prior to joining Peak in mid-2014, Humm worked as the recruiting director for Leidos Health, formerly Vitalize Consulting Solutions.
