Trisha A. Culp has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP as a senior staff attorney on the healthcare team. Culp focuses her practice on assisting clients in the healthcare industry in a wide range of transactional, operational and regulatory matters including mergers and acquisitions, practice formation, physician employment contracts, and joint venture arrangements. Culp is an active member of the Nashville Health Care Council and Leadership Health Care. She earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Ohio University.
