AM Law 100 firm Polsinelli, which opened a Nashville office last fall, has added shareholder Brian Bewley to the firm's downtown Nashville location. Bewley, who comes to Nashville from the firm's Kansas City office, serves as co-chair of two of Polsinelli's healthcare practice areas - compliance (fraud and abuse) and government audits and investigations.

Bewley has more than a decade experience handling healthcare regulatory compliance and civil fraud cases for the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General and the Department of Justice. A frequent national speaker, Bewley acts as lead counsel for a number of for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare companies on a range of complex compliance issues, daily operational challenges, and transactional structures. He earned his law degree from Washington University-St. Louis School of Law.
