As executive director of the Frist Clinic, Barber oversees a large, diverse practice with 200-plus employees. Founded in 1993, the TriStar-affiliated, multi-specialty practice is home base for more than 40 board-certified physicians and mid-level providers. Barber joined the practice in 2014. Previously, he was director of operations for HCA Physician Services in the west Florida division and prior to that served in the U.S. Air Force for 24 years. He has more than two decades of medical practice management experience and is a certified medical practice executive.
