Bartholomew joined Shearwater Health (formerly HCCA Health Connections) in 2009 to lead international and domestic diversification strategies for the company, which provides international clinical recruitment services. He has more than 25 years of executive experience in the U.S. staffing industry and is a past chairman of the American Staffing Association. Prior to joining Shearwater, Bartholomew founded Staffmark in 1991 and grew the Nashville-based business form a one-office startup to one of the largest staffing companies in America.
