The Council on Aging (COA) of Middle Tennessee joined forces with Roobrik, a healthcare technology startup, to help family caregivers and seniors navigate elder care options in a quick, easy format accessible through the COA website. The "Is it time to get help" decision tool is a four-minute assessment that provides family caregivers with a Care Fit Report that offers personalized information regarding the type of help needed and where that help could be found. Caregivers, seniors and healthcare providers can use COA's free online Director of Services for Seniors, which includes resources in 13 Middle Tennessee counties, to identify service providers.
