He co-chairs two of Polsinelli's healthcare practice areas - Compliance and Government Audits and Investigations. His clients span the spectrum from hospitals and health systems to post acute providers and pharmacy benefits managers. Previously, he was a senior healthcare fraud attorney with both the Officer of the Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services and for the Department of Justice. Bewley is a regional program chair for the Health Care Compliance Association and serves as a member of an American Health Lawyers Association task force for the Fraud and Abuse Practice Group.
