In 2007, Callaghan co-founded Insight Genetics, which develops advanced molecular diagnostic products that enable personalized cancer care and partners with researchers, pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies to deliver targeted treatment. He has more than 20 years of experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, having founded, run and ultimately sold two companies to Quebecor World and Tyco International. Callaghan earned his doctorate in management policy and strategy from the University of Colorado at Denver.
