In mid-July, board-certified orthopedic physicians Michael J. Christie, MD and T. Scott Curry, MD began seeing patients at the new Southern Joint Replacement Institute (SJRI) Dickson clinic located on Natchez Park Drive above the TriStar Natchez ER. The physicians will also be operating locally at TriStar Horizon Medical Center.
SJRI, which relocated its practice to TriStar Centennial Medical Center in 2014, has since opened clinics in Spring Hill, Murfreesboro and Union City. The group said opening this fifth clinic in Dickson was an opportunity to further align its patient care goals with the region's growing needs.
"We hope by opening the Dickson location, our patients will have even more convenient access to top quality replacement care provided by our surgeons," said Christie, orthopedic surgeon and co-founder of SJRI. "Patients at TriStar Horizon will enjoy the same quality of care, but they will just be five minutes from their family instead of an hour and five minutes."
