Nashville-based Enliven recently announced key moves to its staff. The national beverage consultant to hospital systems was one of the first companies funded by Nashville Capital Network in 2005. Since then, the company has garnered contracts with many of the leading companies in healthcare, including the largest operators of hospital systems in the United States.

Tim Harms has been promoted to managing director and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of company operations. Before joining Enliven in September 2013, Harms was an audit senior with Deloitte and also served in various roles with Mission Capital Management, Alloy Capital and UBS Financial Services. A licensed CPA, he earned his degree from Belmont University.

Brian Bergeron has joined the team in the role of account executive. Previously, he was a healthcare coordinator with Healthways where he worked to implement wellness programs for Fortune 100 companies. Bergeron holds a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
