Centerstone, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit providers of community-based mental health and addiction services, recently announced its integrated care program, Health Homes for adults, children and adolescents, has received accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International. Currently, there are two accredited Health Homes in Nashville as well as a location in Clarksville and Madison.
