Nashville-based healthcare executive Philip Macdonald has joined EndoGastric Solutions, a leader in incisionless procedural therapy for gastroesophageal reflux disease located in Redmond, Wash., as vice president of Healthcare Economics, Policy & Reimbursement.
Macdonald has more than two decades experience in the field and previously served as vice president of Healthcare Economics, Policy & Reimbursement at Given Imaging (now Medtronic). Past experience also includes work with Siemens, St. Jude Medical, Bayer and HCA corporate. He holds a doctorate in Healthcare Management & Economics from the University of La Verne. Macdonald earned his undergraduate degree and master’s degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Memphis.
