HCA Healthcare TriStar Division welcomes Stephanie Wise as new Chief Nursing Executive

HCA Healthcare TriStar Division is pleased to welcome Stephanie Wise, RN, MBA-HA, BSN, NEA-BC, as new Chief Nursing Executive. Stephanie will oversee nursing operations at 17 hospitals and five freestanding emergency rooms across Tennessee and south-central Kentucky.

Stephanie rejoins the HCA Healthcare family after serving as vice president and chief nursing officer for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Kansas. Prior to her time there, Stephanie spent more than a decade at HCA Healthcare HealthOne in Denver, Colorado where her passion for nursing leadership was ignited. Stephanie’s twelve-year career at HealthOne began as a critical care and emergency room nurse at Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center prior to serving in successive leadership roles across the hospital and division.

Stephanie received a Master of Business Administration/Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado-Denver and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri, where she was Valedictorian and a collegiate softball player. Stephanie is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Organization for Nursing Leadership and American Nurses Association.

Stephanie joined the HCA Healthcare TriStar Division team on April 1. She is excited to explore Nashville with her two dogs, Riley and Oakley, who will be joining her in Nashville.
