PatientFocus, a medical billing company focused exclusively on self-pay and patient-pay accounts, recently appointed Kyle Duke executive vice president of Operations for the Nashville-based company. In his new role, Duke will lead all aspects of the company’s operations and will spearhead expansion of its cloud-based services and solutions.

Prior to joining PatientFocus, Duke has served as the chief information officer for the Bureau of TennCare and was named a 2015 CIO Award winner by the Nashville Business Journal. Duke’s previous experience includes executive technology positions with Cigna-HealthSpring and Insight Healthcare Financial, Inc. A certified public accountant, Duke earned his undergraduate degree from Maryville College and his MBA from Lipscomb University. He serves on several boards, including the Nashville Technology Council and the HIMSS Tennessee Chapter.
