NASHVILLE - Abe’s GardenCommunity announced that Bradley Hamilton joined the nonprofit organization on January 9 as Senior Director of Home Care. He is leading the senior care provider’s licensed home care agency, Abe’s Garden at Home. Hamilton brings to this position almost 25 years of experience in senior care management and operations roles in California and Tennessee. He will now helm the next phase of Abe’s Garden at Home, which currently meets the need for personalized in-home senior care and engagement in the Nashville area and specializes in improving the quality of life for those living with dementia and their caregivers.
Hamilton, who is licensed as an ACLF Administrator in Tennessee, will manage the strategic development of a national footprint for Abe’s Garden at Home, as well as oversee the day-to-day local operations of the home care agency.
“Brad has the skill set to succeed at expanding the home care business and is also a visionary to strategically grow the business exponentially,” said Abe’s Garden Community CEO Susannah Dwyer. “We are excited that Brad will be leading the advancement of our home care service, impacting more seniors, and relieving family caregivers of some of their daily duties and challenges.”
“Abe’s Garden Community is well known for being a premier senior care provider, especially dementia care,” said Hamilton. “The care and programming are cutting edge, utilizing person-directed care. I love how Abe’s Garden Community looks at the big picture when delivering care and is not just medicating behaviors.”
Hamilton was raised in Fresno, CA, and moved to Nashville, TN, with his family in 2018. He earned a Business Administration degree from Fresno State and has enjoyed giving back to his community as a Rotary member and by volunteering for the Boys & Girls Clubs.
“I look forward to helping Abe’s Garden Community provide services and support to a beloved generation,” said Hamilton. “I believe my experience in senior care management will not only support the current administration but also create and enhance the overall operations for the entire community.”
