Frost-Arnett Adds Three

Frost-Arnett recently announced three new additions to its management team in response to the firm's growth.

Jason Meyer has been named head of Business Development. Meyer, who will coordinate a strategic view of existing and new revenue opportunities, has more than 16 years experience in investment banking and was most recently the head of Midwest sales for Nomura Securities. Additionally, he served as a CPA for KPMG after graduating from Indiana University before obtaining his MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Tammy Deason has joined as director of Human Resources to oversee functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, leadership development, compensation, benefits and organizational effectiveness. With more than 20 years of experience, Deason previously held positions with several large international companies and private consulting firms, including AIG, Tyco International, Zale Corporation and Eco-Energy Global Biofuels. She earned her degree in English and International Languages from Southern Methodist University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Alan Clayton has come aboard as director of First-Party Operations to oversee operations and client services for Frost-Arnett’s First-Party/Early-Out Healthcare Division. He brings unique call center and healthcare accounts receivable management experience spanning the provider, payer and vendor industries from leading organizations including WellStar Health System, Delta Dental Insurance Company and Emdeon. Clayton earned a business degree from Indiana State University.
