NASHVILLE – Graham Healthcare Capital (GHCC) today announced the addition of Tiffany Smiley as Senior Vice President of Finance and Lucas Hall as Senior Director of Business Intelligence for the Nashville-based healthcare capital firm.
Smiley brings more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in both accounting and finance roles to support financial reporting, budgeting, acquisitions, and financial analysis. Hall is responsible for working across the portfolio to report, analyze, integrate, and automate business-critical data assets.

Smiley has focused on process improvement and building collaborative relationships with senior leadership teams to help facilitate strong decision-making. She was recently the Vice President of Finance at U.S. Urology Partners, a provider of operational support, management expertise, and financial resources for urology practices. In this role, she was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and integrations for new acquisitions.
Prior to her time at U.S. Urology Partners, Smiley was the Executive Director of FP&A at Tivity Health, a provider of health improvement, fitness, and social engagement solutions. In this role, she managed capital investments, expense management strategies, budgeting, financial reporting, as well as assisted the company with the conversion from a public to a private organization in the summer of 2022. A native of Tennessee, Smiley received both her M.B.A. and bachelor’s degrees from Middle Tennessee State University.
Hall comes to GHCC from Hugg & Hall Equipment Company, an industrial and construction equipment sales, rental, parts, and service company in the Southeast, where he served as Director of Business Systems and built strategic business intelligence tools. He also evaluated tech stacks and identified areas for optimization to help businesses automate processes to run more smoothly. Hall has more than 13 years of experience managing and analyzing data to solve complex business problems.
Prior to Hugg & Hall, he worked in a critical strategic position in the engineering department for Wal-Mart. Lucas served in the Marine Corps as a SATCOM operator and tactical air controller providing combined arms support for forward deployed troops. He received his bachelor’s degree in information technology from Kaplan University.
