HOUSTON – The Board of Directors for Centerline Healthcare Partners, the nation’s fastest-growing medical practice management company specializing in value-based post-acute care, announced today that Centerline President Gary Guidry has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Based in Houston, Centerline provides high-quality medical practice management services, including programs, technologies, and administrative support, to post-acute care partners. Since launching in October 2021, the company has rapidly grown its provider base, which includes physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, offering patient care to skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living post-acute facilities. Centerline’s providers are exclusively focused on their facilities and patients, offering high-quality services that improve patient outcomes and patient experience while advancing a value-based approach.

Guidry joined Centerline with more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. Prior to joining Centerline, he served as Executive Vice President of Hospital Medicine Operations and Value Based Care at SCP Health. Guidry previously held executive leadership positions with several nationwide corporate healthcare companies focused on outsourced clinical services to hospitals and health systems. He began his career as a Registered Nurse.

Since then, the company has formed additional partnerships across the greater Houston area and recently expanded to Dallas, partnering with Meridian Health Partners. Within a short period of time after joining Centerline, practices have seen demonstrable and consistent bottom-line growth while most importantly, improving outcomes and patient satisfaction.
