Last month, LifePoint Health announced the addition of two new members to the board of directors effective March 10.

Kermit Crawford is the retired president of Pharmacy, Health and Wellness Division for the Walgreen Company. Until his retirement in 2014, Crawford had been with Walgreen’s for more than 30 years. He is also a board member for Allstate and a member of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy Board of Councilors.

Jana Schreuder is executive vice president and COO for Northern Trust, a provider of wealth management, asset management and servicing, and banking. Prior to her appointment as COO in 2014, she served in various capacities with Northern Trust during her more than 35-year tenure. Schreuder sits on the boards of a number of Chicago-area arts and education organizations, as well as for a privately held company.
