MPOWER Performance Institute celebrated the opening of its Green Hills facility, located on Woodmont Boulevard, last month. The new facility, which was previously occupied by Easter Seals of Tennessee, has undergone a total transformation and features top-of-the-line fitness and training equipment. The MPOWER approach to health and wellness combines training, therapy, nutrition and more with personalized care from an orthopedist and primary care physician.
