Pulmonologist Clyde Heflin, MD, has been named corporate medical director for Breathe Easy Respiratory Solutions, Inc. The disease management company specializing in invasive and non-invasive respiratory care and primarily focuses on transition care from facility to home.

Heflin earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt where he has an academic appointment. Previously, he was in private practice at Saint Thomas Hospital and the chief medical officer at St. Thomas Medical Services. He is currently medical director at Kindred Hospital and the Remeo Unit, Bordeaux Hospital.
