Mercy Community Healthcare Welcomes New CEO

Mercy Community Healthcare has welcomed Cindy Siler as CEO. Siler brings a strong background in community healthcare, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience, and a deep commitment to Mercy’s mission.

Siler moved to Middle Tennessee in 2006 to become the founding CEO of the Tennessee Rural Partnership (TRP). Since 2013, when the corporation became a subsidiary of the Tennessee Hospital Association, Siler has served as deputy director for TRP. Prior to that she served as CEO for Regional Education and Community Health Services for over 16 years in East Tennessee. She has won numerous awards throughout her career and served on multiple boards. Siler is pas president of both the Tennessee Primary Care Association and the Rural Health Association of Tennessee. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
