TwelveStone Health Partners, a post-acute care pharmacy and medical supply company, has named Lee Golden, PharmD, to be its chief pharmacy officer. In his new role, Golden is responsible for creating and monitoring systems that support excellent quality of service, as well as leading TwelveStone’s clinical staff. Golden held a similar title at TwelveStone’s predecessor company, the Reeves-Sain Family of Medical Services.
Prior to his chief pharmacy responsibilities at Reeves-Sain and TwelveStone, Golden was director of pharmacy for Reeves-Sain and was a pharmacy manager for the Murfreesboro Kroger. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee-Memphis School of Pharmacy. Golden also completed a home infusion specialty residency at the University of Tennessee’s Medical Alternatives campus in Millington, Tenn.
