Rusty Kruciak has been promoted to principal with 2nd Generation Capital, LLC, a Nashville-based merchant banking and financial advisory firm affiliated with KraftCPAs PLLC. Kruciak, who joined 2nd Generation in 2015 as a vice president, was previously an investment manager with Relevance Capital, LP, a Nashville-based venture capital firm.

He has extensive experience with debt and equity fundraising and strategic consulting for early stage companies operating in the advanced manufacturing, healthcare and software as a service sectors. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Kruciak holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) License 79.
